WORKSHOP 2 – INTRODUCTION TO INTERIM MANAGEMENT

This full day workshop is aimed at those considering interim management and/or consulting as a career.

Interim Management is not for everyone and so it’s important you make this important career choice based on a clear, comprehensive and warts ‘n all analysis of the career choice.

This workshop will give you exactly that, along with clear steps to marketing yourself and making it happen for those that choose to do so. It includes an analysis of the market and the life, setting up your own company, marketing yourself, writing an effective CV and using social media.
